Birthday Celebrations
⏳ You will have access to the Birthday Room for 30 minutes.
🎂 2 soft drinks per guest are included in the birthday package.
👥 Please note that any person entering the exhibition or the birthday room needs a valid ticket. All attending adults need valid tickets, children must be supervised at all times by an adult.
👥 If you are unsure about the number of attendees, please select the minimum. If you'd like to add more attendees please email us at business@feverup.com. Please give at least 24 hours notice for any additional attendees.
👥 You may be able to add more attendees upon arrival, however this is subject to availability on the day. It is recommended to purchase all tickets in advance.

FAQs

• Birthdays must be booked via the website and cannot be booked via email.
• The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes in the party room.
• Your Birthday room is booked for you at the time you selected. The earliest you can be admitted is 30 minutes prior to your booked time. The room capacity is 20 people.
• When you arrive, please advise the Box Office you are here for a party and a coordinator will arrive to assist you.
• All guests must have a ticket (unless they are aged 2 years old or under). This includes entry to the party room. Tickets are non-refundable.
• You are welcome to bring your own decorations; however, we do not permit any tape on the walls.
• You are welcome to bring in your own cake. If you prefer, you can always order the cake to the venue – please give them “Bubble Planet Experience” with the address Paddington Pavilion- Sydney Olympic Park, 2127 to ensure there are no issues with your delivery.
• In order to offer the best experience during your visit, the 30 minutes in the party room start your visit and your party guests visit the exhibition following the time in the party room. As the exhibition is self-guided, this helps you avoid searching for your party guests to round them up to return to the room in time for cake and soft drinks.
• The room comes with Happy Birthday banners and tablecloths, napkins, forks, plates for cake and soft drinks. For children under age 3 or whomever prefers it, we can switch the soft drinks for juice.
• With an iPhone or Android phone you are welcome to play your own music in the party room.
• At the conclusion of the room time, you will receive your tickets to enter the experience.
• Minors under the age of 12 require adult supervision.
