What are the different ticket types?
Front Row: premium visibility. Zone A: great visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: OK visibility. Zone D: restricted visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their carer. You need to hold a valid ticket before applying: once you have purchased yours, please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To request one, please contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.

How do I get to the venue?
By car: parking is available at Secure Parking (22 Henderson St), the City of Fremantle Car Park (10A Fremantle Oval) and Wilson Parking (20 Cantonment Street), with additional options within walking distance (City of Fremantle parking map IDs 16A, 16, 10, 1 and 4). By bus: the closest stops are Queen St After Adelaide St (Stop ID 11142), Queen St Before Adelaide St (Stop ID 10443) and Market St Before High St (Stop ID 10469). By train: Fremantle Station is the closest, 450 m (about a 6-minute walk) from Fremantle Town Hall. Please use the Transperth Journey Planner to plan your public transport trip.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we ask all guests to remain in their seats, except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.
What happens if weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
It is a photo package available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed, polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy “Snapshot by Candlelight” photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who buy the photo package online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my “Snapshot by Candlelight” picture taken?
Your photo will be taken before or after the concert. Venue staff will give you information about the photo experience once you are inside, and announcements will remind attendees. Please feel free to ask any of our staff members if you have questions.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will tell you where the photo experience is located.
How do I show that I have purchased “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have it validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Can I get a refund for “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo package is cancelled for internal reasons, in which case you will receive a refund for it.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
