Queen and ABBA, back to back for one evening. A string quartet plays the anthems of both bands live at the Arctic Club Hotel in Seattle, in a room lit by candles. It is a Candlelight concert: the songs you know, somewhere you would never expect to hear them.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

What are the different ticket types?
Zone A: premium visibility. Zone B: great visibility. Zone C: good visibility. Zone D: okay visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their carer. You need to hold a valid ticket first; once you do, contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are only possible with a Flexible Cancellation ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. It becomes non-refundable if the ticket has been transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
None. No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
Credit card and PayPal refunds take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
A voucher for the same value is issued immediately and can be used on the same experience.
How do I request my refund?

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated point in the venue at the time of your concert. They are tied to that date and location, so they are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
What time do doors open?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. No one is let in once it has started.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
