Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

What are the different ticket types?
There are four ticket types: Premium (front row), Zone A (good visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (restricted visibility). Tickets are allocated to the best available seat within the zone you purchase, so book together if you want to sit together.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. You must have a valid ticket before applying — once purchased, email us with proof of disability. Accepted documents include: middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances — for more information, refer to our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required — just contact us. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
