What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (it's essential to have a valid ticket in order to use this), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at the entrance.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If this is the case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This only applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us via the Fever contact form to get your ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Auferstehungskirche München (Gollierstraße 55, 80339 München). Please note: the venue can be cold during the winter months. We recommend wearing warm clothing to make your visit more comfortable.
How do I get to the venue?
Nearest underground station: Schwanthalerhöhe. Nearest bus stop: Bergmannstraße. Nearest suburban railway (S-Bahn) station: Heimeranplatz.
Will food and drinks be available?
No, there will be no food or drinks available for purchase.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please fill out Fever's contact form if you will be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have accessible access?
Yes, the church is accessible.
Is there a car park?
No, there is no car park at the venue.
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You'll have the chance to be photographed in an area specially set up by us for this purpose. As a keepsake, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy “Candlelight Photo” at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience through the website together with their concert tickets will be given priority over those who make their purchase on site. Please note that on site we only accept credit card payments; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
Your photo session will take place before or after the concert. However, to allow enough time for taking your photos, we prefer to hold the photo session after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You can choose your photos on site to be printed. Our team will then print the photos you've chosen and you'll be able to take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep hold of them. If you leave the venue without your photos, please note that we cannot offer a refund or a new photo experience slot.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about the location of the photo experience. You'll also hear announcements reminding guests of this unique opportunity. If you have any further questions, simply get in touch with our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so they can validate it to begin your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only available if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control. In such a case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
