What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before your visit via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must have a valid ticket), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received them, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). At the entrance, you must show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
With the flexible refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible refund ticket?
You can return it and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person.
What documents do I need for the refund?
No documents are required to request your refund.

Where does the concert take place?
At the Auferstehungskirche München (Gollierstraße 55, 80339 Munich). Please note: the church can be cool during the winter months, so we recommend wearing warm clothing.
How do I get to the venue?
Nearest U-Bahn station: Schwanthalerhöhe. Nearest bus stop: Bergmannstraße. Nearest S-Bahn station: Heimeranplatz.
Is there food and drink available?
No, no food or drink is sold on site.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you'd like to be accompanied by a service animal, please contact us in advance.

What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This add-on offers a photo experience exclusively for guests who book it: you'll be photographed in a specially set up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake with each purchase.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" at the venue?
Yes, while stocks last. Guests who book the photo experience together with their concert tickets online will have priority over those purchasing on site. Only card payments are accepted on site, cash is not accepted.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To make sure there's enough time for your photos, we prefer to hold them after the concert.
When will I get my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site to be printed. Our team will print them afterwards and you can take them with you. Don't forget to collect them: we can't keep hold of them, and if you leave without your photos, we won't be able to offer a refund or a new slot for a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you all the details about the location of the photo experience, and announcements will remind guests throughout. If you have any questions, just ask our on-site staff.
How do I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket confirmation. Show it to the photographer on site so it can be validated and your photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only possible if the photo experience needs to be cancelled for reasons that are our responsibility. In this case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
Is there an interval?
No, there is no interval planned.
Is late entry possible?
No. Entry begins 30 minutes before the concert starts; once the concert has begun, entry is no longer possible.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
