Dharma Yoga, created by Sri Dharma Mittra, combines Hatha-Raja Yoga with pranayama and meditation, seeking self-realization through fluid movements and deep postures. During this workshop, you will learn dynamic sequences and breathing techniques that will balance your body and mind. Ana Luz, a teacher with more than 15 years of experience, will share with you her deep knowledge of this discipline and her direct training with great Yoga referents.
