The event was wonderful. The musicians recreated excellent versions of the songs by Pink Floyd. The venue was beautiful and the candles added the perfect ambience the made the experience super special. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks FEVER.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). You'll also find a QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us, indicating your ticket ID.
How long does the show last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Is there food served?
No.
Is there parking at the venue?
Parking is available nearby at Secure Parking (22 Henderson St), the City of Fremantle Car Park (10A Fremantle Oval) and Wilson Parking (20 Cantonment Street), plus other options within walking distance.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, Fremantle Town Hall has disability access. The front entrance (under the clock tower) is wheelchair accessible, and wheelchair seating is available in all zones on the ground level. For wheelchair assistance, please contact us ahead of time so we can notify onsite staff and be prepared for your arrival.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we encourage all guests to remain in their seats, except in the case of an emergency.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow for the event to take place?
If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location/postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
How do I get to the venue?
By car, parking is available at Secure Parking (22 Henderson St), the City of Fremantle Car Park (10A Fremantle Oval) or Wilson Parking (20 Cantonment Street). By bus, the closest stops are on Queen St and Market St. By train, Fremantle Station is the closest, a 6-minute (450m) walk away.
Does the show take place indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
It's an optional paid photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a specially set-up area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture as a souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). It can be bought online in advance or on-site (card only, subject to availability), and you'll receive a separate QR code by email to validate with the photographer. Refunds are only given if the photo experience is cancelled by us.
