The Marmorsaal in Weißenburgpark is an impressive venue that captivates with its unique architecture and historical charm. The hall from the 19th century impresses with its splendid interior made of marble and stucco. The acoustics provide a special sound experience at musical events.

Parking
There is no dedicated car park, but public parking is available on the surrounding streets. Parking options are limited, and from the car park it's about a five-minute walk through Weißenburgpark to the Marmorsaal.
Accessibility
There is wheelchair-accessible, separate access, but the toilets are not wheelchair-accessible. Access to the Marmorsaal is only partially accessible: a slightly steep path leads through Weißenburgpark. If you need accessible access, please contact us 15 days in advance so that we can support you as best as possible.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before attending the event via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance during the event can request a free ticket for their personal assistant or carer. To do so, contact us with proof that you need a carer's ticket. Once we've received this, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
No entry for under 8s. People under 16 are only admitted when accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience begins. If so, please contact us with your ticket ID. Without Flexible Refund, a refund is not possible. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
What is Flexible Refund?
With Flexible Refund, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket with Flexible Refund?
You can return your ticket with Flexible Refund and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required to request your refund.
How do I request my refund?

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Marmorsaal in Weißenburgpark (Hohenheimer Straße 119A, 70184 Stuttgart).
How do I get to the venue?
On foot, the Marmorsaal is about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. By public transport, the easiest way is to take the U5, U6, U7 or U12 underground line to the “Bopser” station.
Are food and drinks available?
No, for now no food or drinks are available at the Marmorsaal.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are allowed at the venue. Pets are not permitted.
Does the venue have accessible access?
There is a separate wheelchair-accessible entrance. Unfortunately, the toilets are not wheelchair accessible. Please also note that access to the Marmorsaal is only partially step-free: from the car park, a roughly five-minute, slightly steep path through Weißenburgpark leads to the venue. If you need accessible access, please contact us 15 days in advance so we can assist you as best as possible.

What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You can have your photo taken in a specially set-up area. As a keepsake, you’ll receive one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy “Snapshot by Candlelight” at the venue?
The photo experience can be purchased at the venue until it sells out. Guests who book it through the website together with their concert tickets will be given priority over those who purchase it on site. Please note that only card payments are accepted on site; cash payment is not possible.
When does the photo session take place?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To make sure there's enough time for your photos, it preferably takes place after the concert.
When do I get my photo?
You choose your photos on site for printing. Our team will then print them out and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we are unable to keep them for you. If you leave the venue without your photos, we won't be able to offer you a refund or a new appointment.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
Once you've entered the venue, the staff on site will give you all the details about the location of the photo experience. Announcements will also remind guests of this opportunity. If you have any further questions, just ask our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer on site so it can be validated and your photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons that are our responsibility. In this case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
Is there an interval?
No, the concert lasts 60 minutes with no interval.
Can I still be let in after the concert has started?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late admission after the concert has begun is not possible.
What's the way to the Marmorsaal like?
The way to the Marmorsaal leads along a slightly steep path through Weißenburgpark.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
