What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth - your vote determines the accused's fate.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Are seats numbered?
No, seats are not assigned. Seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select when purchasing your ticket.
What if I arrive late?
Late entry is not permitted, as it would disrupt the show for other attendees.

Zone A: Best visibility
Zone B: Good visibility, behind Zone A
Zone C: Fair visibility, behind Zone B
Can I buy a ticket on site on the day of the event?
Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be purchased via the app or website (feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Is it necessary to buy a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Contact us to receive a voucher for a free carer ticket (based on availability). The regular ticket must be shown together with the carer ticket at entry.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date/time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time. Tickets are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, tickets can be transferred to any other Fever account at no additional cost via "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app.
Where can I find my ticket? Do I need to print it out?
Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, and also in your purchase confirmation email. You do not need to print it - it's validated via the app on arrival.

There is no dedicated venue parking, but surrounding parking garages and limited street parking are available. Public transport or sustainable alternatives are recommended.
Is cloakroom service available?
Unfortunately, this location does not have a cloakroom service.
Can I take photos or use my phone during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call, without flash. Phones must be in silent mode throughout the performance.
Can I leave during the performance? What items are prohibited?
Out of respect for performers and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in an emergency. Prohibited items include smoking/vaping, external alcohol, hot food or drinks, strong-smelling food or glass, audio recording devices, drugs, flammables, torches, lasers, professional cameras, promotional items, and selfie sticks/tripods.
