Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

About the venueImmanuel Presbyterian Church
The historic gothic revival building, a LA landmark #78, was dedicated on May 5th, 1929. It has a 205-ft bell tower and is perfect for events, productions, or visits. We serve the community, especially low income families and individuals experiencing homelessness, with lunches, grocery kits, diapers, and clothing donations

What are the different ticket types?
Balcony: premium visibility (stair access only). Zone A: great visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: okay visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (see below). Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the original event, subject to availability. Contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
Available for selected events, a flexible cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible cancellation ticket?
You can cancel it by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us to get your ticket refunded.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the full ticket price will be credited back to your account; it can take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will find a new voucher in the “Vouchers” section of the app. This voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You will receive a refund for the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use it to come back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?
If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use it to buy the same experience again.
Is there food served?
No food or beverages are sold at the event, and outside food and beverages are not permitted in the venue. However, you may bring your own water bottle.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available only to guests who purchase it. You will have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed, polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy “Snapshot by Candlelight” photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who buy the photo experience online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; no cash is accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so there is enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my photos?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you can collect them at the exit afterward. Make sure you have your printed pictures with you before leaving: we cannot keep any pictures for you, and if you leave without them we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the photo experience.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, the staff will explain where the photo experience is located, and announcements will remind attendees about it. Feel free to ask any of our staff members if you have questions.
How do I show that I have purchased the photo experience?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Have it validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo experience is canceled for internal reasons. In that case, you will receive a refund for the photo experience you purchased.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Yes, you can leave the concert room during the performance to use the restroom. You will be let back in during the breaks between songs, to minimize disruption for the musicians and the rest of the audience.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed in.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
