What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. All tickets must be purchased in advance via the Fever app or website (feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for a companion?
If you need support during the event, you can request a free ticket for your assistant or companion. To do this, contact the organiser and attach proof that you need a companion. You will then receive a voucher with which you can book the free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. At entry, show your regular ticket together with the companion ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
The date and/or time can be changed up to 48 hours before the concert, subject to availability. To do this, contact the organiser with your ticket ID. A refund is only possible with a flexible cancellation ticket. You can find further details in the terms and conditions.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
With a flexible cancellation ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend.
How long do I have to return my ticket?
You can return your ticket up to 48 hours before the concert for a full refund by contacting the organiser. Tickets transferred to another person cannot be refunded.
What documents do I need for the refund?
You don't need any documents.
How do I request a refund?
Submit your request via the Fever support contact form.
Where does the concert take place?
At the Marmorsaal in Weißenburgpark, Hohenheimer Straße 119A, 70184 Stuttgart.
How do I get there?
It's about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. The easiest way to reach the Marmorsaal by public transport is via the "Bopser" underground station (lines U5, U6, U7 and U12).
Is there food and drink available?
No. The Marmorsaal doesn't currently offer any food or drinks.
Can I bring animals?
Only assistance animals are allowed. Pets are not permitted.
Is the venue accessible?
Access to the Marmorsaal is only partially accessible. There's a separate, wheelchair-accessible entrance, but the toilets are not wheelchair-accessible. If you need accessible access, please email hello@feverup.com at least 15 days in advance. Parking is limited; it's about a five-minute walk from the car park through Weißenburgpark.
Is there parking available?
There's no dedicated car park. You can find public parking on the surrounding streets.
What is Snapshot by Candlelight?
A photo package exclusively for guests who book it: you'll be photographed in a dedicated area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy the photos on site?
Yes, while stocks last. Guests who booked the photo experience online together with their concert tickets will be given priority over on-site purchases. Only card payment is accepted on site, no cash.
When is the photo taken?
The photoshoot takes place before or after the concert. It preferably takes place after the concert, so there's enough time.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site, and the team will print them directly for you to take away. The photos aren't saved, so make sure to take them with you before you leave. If you leave without your photos, there'll be no refund or reshoot.
Where exactly does the photoshoot take place?
Staff will show you the spot as soon as you enter the venue. Announcements will also remind guests about the photo experience. If you have any questions, speak to the staff.
How do I prove I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket confirmation. Show it to the photographer, who will check it before your shoot begins.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Only if the experience has to be cancelled for reasons the organiser is responsible for. In that case, the booking will be refunded.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
