The Schauburg, built in 1912, is one of the first permanent cinemas. In 1944, the building was almost completely destroyed in an air raid, but was quickly rebuilt and was provisionally reopened as the first cinema in Dortmund in the summer of 1945. Where can I find my ticket?

You’ll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.

Are refunds allowed?

No, a refund is only possible if you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (which can be returned up to 48 hours before the experience starts). For regular tickets, only date and/or time changes are possible, up to 24 hours before the start, subject to availability.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

No entry under the age of 8. Admission under the age of 16 only when accompanied by an adult

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.

Are the candles real?

For everyone’s safety, the room is lit with flameless LED candles.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please contact us via this form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their carer. After purchasing your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents. We'll then provide you with a voucher to get the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both your regular ticket and the carer ticket at entry.

How do I get to the venue?

The theatre is just a 10-minute walk from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof).

Is food or drink available?

Drinks can be purchased at the venue's own bar before the concert.

Is parking available?

The theatre does not have its own parking lot.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
