About the venuePauluskirche - Ev. Lydia-Kirchengemeinde Dortmund
The Pauluskirche on Schützenstraße is the only Protestant church in the northern part of Dortmund. It dates back to the late 19th century and is dedicated to Saint Paul. The church is managed by the Lydia community and has hosted a wide range of concerts as a cultural church since 2005.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email. Nothing needs to be printed; just show your Fever ticket from your phone at the venue.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more details.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket (applicable to selected events only) lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. Note: the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their caretaker. Once you've bought your ticket, send us the relevant supporting documents; we'll then provide a voucher you can use to get the free caretaker ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both your regular ticket and the caretaker ticket at entry.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 65 minutes with no intermission. Doors open 40 minutes before the show; latecomers cannot be admitted once it starts. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink at the venue?
Drinks can be purchased on site, but no food is sold. Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in the relevant form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, Pauluskirche has step-free access. Please contact the organiser in advance if you need support.
Is there parking available?
There are only a few parking spaces at the church; the nearest car park is at the “Cinestar” cinema. Parking availability nearby is not guaranteed; we recommend allowing extra time to find a space.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece and without flash, as instructed by our musicians. Your phone must remain on silent throughout the performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
No, for guests' safety all candles are flameless.
