The Schauburg, built in 1912, is one of the first permanent cinemas. In 1944, the building was almost completely destroyed in an air raid, but was quickly rebuilt and was provisionally reopened as the first cinema in Dortmund in the summer of 1945. Can I change my ticket?

Are refunds allowed?

No entry under the age of 8. Admission under the age of 16 only when accompanied by an adult

Are the candles real?

For everyone’s safety, the room is lit with flameless LED candles.
