Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please get in touch with us, quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability.
What are the different ticket types?
Premium (Front Row), Zone A (Excellent Visibility), Zone B (Good Visibility), Zone C (Fair Visibility), and Balcony (Restricted View, with limited visibility when seated).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free companion ticket. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying, so please get in touch with us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

There's a bar at the venue serving drinks before the concert starts. Doors open 45 minutes before the show.
