Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same account you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances outside of the Flexible Refund Ticket option.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
If you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts — no documentation is needed, just contact us. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating, at The Hippodrome Theatre.
Is there food and drink available?
No, there is no food or drink available.
Is there parking available?
Limited parking is available near the venue; rideshare is recommended.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket, contact us for more information (a valid ticket is required before applying).
Does this venue have disability access?
The venue is not ADA accessible.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire performance.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you all have tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving in good time so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
How do I get to the venue?
The Hippodrome Theatre is at 25 SE 2nd Pl, Gainesville, FL 32601, on the corner of SE 2nd Pl and SE 1st St. It's accessible by bus, rideshare, walking, or personal vehicle — rideshare is recommended.
