The Barcelona EDITION has brought together three leading mixology professionals to create the collaborative 6-handed punch "Las Sin Nombre". This punch pays tribute to the women who stirred, mixed, invented and served, but whose voices faded into history like drops in a punch bowl. This month, we raise the glass in her honor: a liquid manifesto, a punch that rescues from oblivion all those cocktail shakers who never had the chance to make their mark. Part of the proceeds will go to Fundació Ared, a non-profit organization that supports the social and professional integration of women in vulnerable situations.
