Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the App Store), signing in with the same profile you used to buy it. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, the date and/or time of the ticket can be changed up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

What ticket types are available?

Premium Zone (excellent visibility), Zone A (good visibility) and Zone B (average visibility).

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer them free of charge by sending the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. For any questions, contact us quoting your ticket ID.

How long does the experience last?

Around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers will not be admitted.

Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?

This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.

Will it be possible to buy food?

Unfortunately, no food or drink will be available.

Is there parking on site?

Unfortunately, the venue doesn't have its own parking. We suggest getting there by public transport or other sustainable options: the event is a 15-minute walk from the Vittoria metro stop and a 10-minute walk from the Arnaldo Park car park.

What are the age requirements to attend the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Does the venue have disability access?

Yes, the venue has access for people with motor disabilities.

Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?

Guests requiring assistance are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document confirming the need for assistance: we'll provide you with a code to purchase the free companion ticket. Remember to bring the documents together with the tickets on the day of the event.

Can I buy tickets on site?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase on site; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Can I take photos or videos during the show?

Yes, but only during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for assistance animals.

What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?

In that case, we'll notify you in advance by email to the address linked to your Fever profile: remember to check your spam folder too.
