Description
welcome to an evening of laughter and reflections with José Conde! In "The Adventures of a Flamingo", José invites us on a hilarious journey through his life, where humor intertwines with the reality of living with a disability. In the code of a social experiment, Conde begins his show with an explosion of energy and charisma, revealing not only the reason for his nickname Flamenco, but also the truths of his life. Throughout his monologue, José shares anecdotes about his childhood in Venezuela, his experiences with the loss of a leg, and the absurd situations he faces on a daily basis. With sharp wit and a touch of sarcasm, he makes us reflect on the perception of disability, while making us laugh out loud with stories such as his love life, going to the beach as an amputee and the antics of children regarding his disability. With a unique style, Jose uses interactive games and anecdotes that range from the comical to the poignant, challenging the norms of what it means to be funny. His message is clear: inclusion and normalization of people with disabilities are essential, and he does it with a smile and a contagious optimism.
