What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
What happens if I arrive late?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, late arrivals will not be allowed in.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does Zone A mean I will be seated in the first row?
No. Seats are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone you purchased. Zone A has the best visibility and covers the first couple of rows of the venue.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by tapping “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.

Is there parking available?
Limited valet parking is available at the hotel, but expect long wait times, so please arrive early. Paid self-parking is available at Souk Madinat Jumeirah, though it involves a long walk to the venue: please arrive 2 hours before the show. From the car park, take the lift or escalator to Level 1, walk through the souk entrance, turn left, walk straight, turn left again and continue straight, then exit through the doors ahead and follow the pathway to the ballroom at Mina A’Salam Hotel. Any information desk can direct you if you say you are there for the Candlelight concert.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
Can I request a ticket for my companion or carer?
If you need assistance during the concert, you can request a ticket for your companion. Once you have your ticket, contact us and attach a document showing that you need assistance (for example, a disability certificate or a companion card).
