Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

The experience is recommended for those 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances (except for Flexible Refund tickets - see next question). For more information, see our T&Cs.

What is the Flexible Refund ticket and how do I claim my refund?

The Flexible Refund ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (no documentation required). Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
