Colorados first EDM bass dance fitness format! We are bringing a unique combination of dance, strength, and mindset work! This is a full workout for your body, heart, soul, and mind. We use powerful bass drops and a variety of dance styles to make choreography in a way that’s never been done before to styles such as dubstep, trap, future bass, melodic, dnb, down/mid tempo, experimental bass, 140, and so much more! We also do affirmations, journal prompts and rage release. This workout is intended to help you release anything holding you back, help you step into your power, and leave feeling like the FREE, bold, and confident bratty baddie you already are! Class is a 90 min experience and always beginner friendly!
