Our mission is to help set you freeeeeeee through aligning our bodies, hearts, souls, and minds. We do more than workout our bodies. We workout our minds too!

Our unique B.R.A.T. Fitness class combination is just what you need to release whatever is holding you back! We dance to bass EDM music that lights our souls up, wakes us up, and helps us connect to ourselves through sassy, swaggy, and powerful dance moves that will leave you feeling confident and bold.

We combine hit and strength training to get you a HELLA good full body workout every class to give you ENERGY to attack life by the … well…you know. In every class, we do affirmations and journal prompts. We also do Rage Release, that’s right, you get to HIT SOME SH*T!! It’s not about being angry, it’s about whatever you’re holding onto that day, frustration, self-limiting beliefs, self-doubt, negative energy, and allowing your body to release it so it doesn’t stay inside.

This is so much more than a workout. It’s a full-body alignment with a community of bratty baddies ready to rebel against the norm and show up for life the way they want that fills their soul, and support each other along the way! We cannot wait to see you bring out more of YOU!
