This was my first time to see the candlelight orchestra and I was very engaged in the passion of each performer. I could clearly see the emotion poured into their gift, bringing each note to life through their instruments. Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Check our T&Cs for more details.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap Transfer Tickets on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start.
Where does the experience take place?
The concert takes place indoors, in the Lecture Hall at Fort Worth Botanic Garden, 3220 Botanic Garden Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76107.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is free and guests can park anywhere in the parking lot (Garden Center and Conservatory, Parking Lot A, 3220 Botanic Garden Boulevard, Fort Worth, TX 76107). The Lecture Hall is in building #1, at the far right end.
Is there food or drinks available?
Beverages are available for additional purchase, but they are not allowed inside the Lecture Hall. We recommend arriving up to 45 minutes early to enjoy a drink in the Lecture Link and Beggs Courtyard before the concert.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is ADA compliant, with ADA seats available in Zone A and Zone B. Please email hello@feverup.com in advance if you need ADA seating.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire performance. As with photos and videos, it can only be used during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What are the different ticket types?
There are two zones: Zone A, with the best visibility, and Zone B, with good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; please contact us for more information.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The show begins on time and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of location or a postponement, we will notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of all attendees, every candle used during the experience is flameless.
