Bounce Empire - MycoBounce Yoga & HIIT Fitness Class

MycoBounce Fitness is a weekly class on Thursdays at 7pm that combines fitness and play to help you stay active and have fun. It's a fusion of yoga, HIIT and flexibility exercises all to prep you for an evening of bouncing. Yoga helps with mobility and balance, which makes your body feel more aligned and open, while HIIT ramps up the intensity, boosting stamina and strength. The flexibility exercises will help improve your bounce technique, making it more effective and enjoyable!
