Menu
The menu consists of a starter, main course and dessert.

Starter (02 options per person):

• Pintxo: Spanish Jamon Serrano and Brie served on natural fermentation bread;
• Pintxo: Sobrassada (a typical recipe from the island of mallorca) finished with honey and almond on a tostada
• Pintxo: Mar e Terra Breaded shrimp and jamón serrano finished in balsamic reduction.
• Typical roasted and fried meat empanada, served with spicy salsa;

Main Course (01 option per person)

• Rabo de Toro: Noble cut of oxtail, slowly braised in red wine and a blend of aromatic spices, served on a creamy rustic mashed potato purée with a homemade touch.
• Paella: Traditional recipe that combines seafood and pork cuts in perfect harmony. Prepared with shrimp, fresh mussels, pork loin, txistorra — a typical Basque sausage — and tender squid. Finished with snow peas, colorful peppers and the distinctive aroma of Spanish saffron with selected spices.

Dessert:

• Churros - A portion of mini churros served hot with Argentine dulce de leche.

Pintxos Bar is a cozy spot in São Paulo's Pinheiros neighbourhood, inspired by Spanish culinary traditions. It specializes in pintxos—snacks and delicacies served on a stick and on bread—as well as a variety of tapas, seafood, cured meats and artisanal cheeses. The bar also offers a curated selection of Basque and Spanish wines, such as Txakoli, Ptaxaran liqueur, Spanish beer and house cocktails.
