Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances — for more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and there is no entry once it has started.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The show takes place indoors, in the Harriet Tubman Theater, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
No, there will be no food or beverage available for purchase.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is paid parking directly underneath the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, at the Central Riverfront Garage.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your own ticket, please contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA-compliant. Accessible seating is located in Zone A and Zone C.

How do I get to the venue?
The Harriet Tubman Theater is located near the light rail station at 2nd & Main and is also accessible by car.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, although this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific event date and location, all Candle 3-Packs are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased. All sales are final.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
