How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Tribute to Bad Bunny in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
To guarantee a safe environment for you and the musicians, all lighting is done with LED candles. You'll enjoy the same warm atmosphere without worrying about fire or heat.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Temperature in historic venues can fluctuate depending on the day. Although we always aim for the perfect ambiance, we advise you to bring an extra layer or wear clothes suitable for the season so all you have to do is enjoy the music.
Will there be food and drink service at Ateneo de Madrid?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
It is not allowed to stand up or leave the venue during the performance, except in case of an emergency, out of consideration for the audience and the musicians.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.
Can tickets be bought at the Ateneo de Madrid box office?
No, we don't have a physical box office or door sales at Ateneo de Madrid. You can only get your tickets through Fever, either by checking the official website or directly through the app.
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue is organized into different zones, each priced according to its proximity and view of the stage. Seats are assigned as you arrive at Ateneo de Madrid, respecting the order of entry and the category of your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course! To sit together, it's important that you and your companions arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the concert starts, and our team will do everything possible to seat you together.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Bad Bunny be gifted?
Sure! You can buy a Candlelight Gift Card and let them choose their favorite concert on the day that suits them best. Already have a ticket for a specific day? No problem, use the "Transfer Tickets" option in the Fever app and send it as a gift.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
With this exclusive add-on, you'll enjoy a personalized photo session in a specially decorated area of Ateneo de Madrid and receive an instant Polaroid-style capture as a keepsake.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Ateneo de Madrid?
If there is still availability, you can purchase your Candlelight Photo at the venue itself, paying exclusively with a credit or debit card. Remember, online buyers have priority over sales at Ateneo de Madrid.
When will I receive the photo?
Choose your favorite pose for the instant print. While you're enjoying the music, our team will be preparing it for you to take home. Make sure to pick it up before you leave - we can't store it afterwards!
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
This pack contains 3 LED candles that imitate the warm glow characteristic of a real candle. Since they have no fire, they are safe and perfect for adding a cozy touch to your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
All packages purchased online must be picked up at the designated venue location during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is tied to the specific date and location of the Candlelight event, all additional candle packages purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Bad Bunny in Madrid?
Your digital tickets await you in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store), under the "Tickets" tab. Log in with the same profile you used to buy them. The QR code will also be in your confirmation email. Forget paper; you don't need to print anything to get in.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Of course! Passing your tickets to someone else is totally free. Just open the Fever app, find your tickets, and tap "Transfer tickets." If you have any questions or need a hand, contact us with the booking details and don't forget to include your ticket number.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We advise you to arrive half an hour early to sit down calmly. The gate will close 5 minutes before the time indicated and no one will be allowed in later, protecting the acoustic experience.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
To have your photo taken with ease, arrive at least 30 minutes before time. Keep in mind that the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
When you pass the entrance control at Ateneo de Madrid, our team will show you where the photo area is. Don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it!
Is there parking available at Ateneo de Madrid?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
Dress how you feel like and how you're most comfortable, there are no strict dress rules. A casual and informal style is ideal for enjoying the event without issues.
Are pets or animals allowed in Ateneo de Madrid? What about service animals?
We're sorry, but pets are not permitted in the venue. However, if you're coming with a guide or assistance dog, you'll have no issues.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Yes, spectators who need assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant or caregiver. Please contact us with proof that you need a ticket for an assistant.
Is Ateneo de Madrid accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue with entrances adapted for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.
