Candlelight: Tribut an Adele brings Adele's music live to the Logenhaus zur Einigkeit in Frankfurt. A string quartet plays her most famous songs, surrounded by thousands of candles, in a 60-minute concert with no interval.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

The Freemason Lodge Zur Einigkeit No. 11 is a historic and exclusive lodge house in the Bahnhofsviertel of Frankfurt am Main. With a large antique festivity hall, a stage, and a concert grand piano, it provides the perfect setting for events. In addition to the festivity hall, there are other rooms such as a foyer, a small hall, and a playable bowling alley.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D. All ticket types include a free welcome drink.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (it's essential to have a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant supporting documents via Fever's contact form. Once we've received it, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket upon entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. If you'd like to do so, please contact us via Fever's contact form, stating your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please see Fever's Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. These flexible refund terms only apply to selected events and only if you've purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Logenhaus zur Einigkeit (Kaiserstraße 37, 60329 Frankfurt am Main).
How do I get to the venue?
Public transport: take bus 36 to the Bornwiesenweg stop, or the U-Bahn to “Frankfurt (Main) Willy-Brandt-Platz” (U-Bahn lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8), or the train to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. By car: Finkenhofstraße 17, Frankfurt a. M./city centre (see the information on parking availability in the question below).
Will there be food and drinks available?
There will be a welcome drink for every guest. Additional drinks can also be purchased at the bar. Please note that bringing food and drinks from outside is not allowed. Guests who bring outside food or drinks regardless may be denied entry.
Can I bring animals?
Unfortunately, animals (including service animals) are not allowed at this venue.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible.
Is there a car park?
Parking is available at the Parkhaus am Theater (Untermainanlage, 60329 Frankfurt am Main).
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I use my mobile phone during the performance?
Your phone must be switched to silent for the entire performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've purchased. The concert will start on time, and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will be denied access to the show out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will of course notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving at the venue in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you accordingly.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click on “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further assistance, just contact us through the Fever contact form, providing your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in using the same method you used to make your purchase. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything out. Just show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that for guests' safety, all candles will be flameless.
What is “Candlelight Foto”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You'll have the chance to have your photo taken in an area we've specially set up for this purpose. As a keepsake, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy “Candlelight Foto” at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience through the website together with their concert tickets will be given priority over those who make their purchase on site. Please note that we only accept credit card payments on site; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
Your photo session will be held either before or after the concert. However, to make sure there's enough time to take your photos, we prefer to hold the photo session after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll be able to choose your photos for printing on-site. Our team will then print the photos you've chosen and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're not able to keep hold of them. If you leave the venue without your photos, please note that we won't be able to offer you a refund or a new photo experience slot.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about where the photo experience will take place. You'll also hear announcements reminding guests of this unique opportunity. If you have any further questions, just get in touch with our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so they can validate it to begin your photo session.
Can I get a refund for “Candlelight Foto”?
Refunds are only available if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control. In such a case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
