Grounded Yinyasa Yoga
Grounded Yinyasa is perfect for beginners and all about connecting with the mat. Most of the session takes place seated or on hands and knees. The focus is less on effort and more on presence and the experience in the moment. You’ll be gently guided through conscious movements while immersed in the captivating DIVE experience. Expect poses like Cat/Cow, Downward Facing Dog, and Seated Twist. Come with an open mind and become one with the art.
