Grounded Yinyasa Yoga
Grounded Yinyasa is perfect for beginners and is all about connection to the mat. You stay on the mat for much of the session; in a seated position or on your hands and knees. The focus here is less on effort, and more on the experience, in the moment. You are guided through the conscious movements as you are immersed in the immersive DIVE experience. Expect poses such as the Cat/Cow, the Downward Facing Dog and the Seated Twist. Bring an open attitude and feel yourself becoming part of the art.
