The Historischer Rathaussaal in the Altes Rathaus transforms for one evening into a concert venue lit only by candles. A string quartet plays the most famous film scores by Hans Zimmer live, for 60 minutes, right in the heart of Nürnberg's old town.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C, D and E.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket in order to use this), please send us the relevant supporting documents via Fever's contact form. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at the entrance.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If you need to do this, please contact us via Fever's contact form, stating your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
With the flexible refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. The flexible refund ticket only applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?

Where does the experience take place?
The Historischer Rathaussaal is located near the Hauptmarkt in the heart of Nürnberg's old town, just a few minutes' walk from sights such as the Schöner Brunnen, Frauenkirche, Sebalduskirche, Albrecht-Dürer-Haus and Kaiserburg. Also nearby: numerous restaurants and hotels of all categories and a taxi rank. (Rathausplatz 2, 90403 Nürnberg)
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: From the main train station, you can reach the Rathaussaal comfortably in about 15 minutes on foot, or in just a few minutes using U-Bahn lines U1 and U11, Lorenzkirche stop. By bus lines 36, 46 and 47, Rathaus stop. By car: The City of Nürnberg's car park information service gives you an online overview of the current occupancy of the 17 city centre car parks. Parking nearby is available at the car park at Hauptmarkt.
Is food and drink available?
No, no food or drink is available for purchase. Bringing your own drinks and food is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at this venue, including assistance dogs.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, disabled access is available. Please send us a quick email at hello@feverup.com so we can get everything ready.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
