Albrechtsberg Palace, whose representative rooms provide a perfect setting for exclusive events, is considered the most significant building of late classicism in Saxony. Perched high above the Elbe amidst a beautiful park landscape, it houses one of the most beautiful chamber music halls in Dresden, the splendid Kronensaal.

    Only very limited public parking is available at the venue. We mainly recommend using public transport. Nearby, such as at Lingnerschloss, there are further car parks from which the palace is easily reached with a short walk.

  • Accessibility

    The palace has limited accessibility, but does have a disabled access entrance. We strongly recommend getting in touch with the palace team before buying your ticket, to discuss the on-site conditions. To be able to use the access, it is essential to inform the security staff at the palace gate upon arrival.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant supporting documents.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience starts. If you need to do this, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This ticket only applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it is transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?

How do I request my refund?
Please get in touch with customer service via the Fever contact form to have your ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Kronensaal at Schloss Albrechtsberg (address: Bautzner Str. 130, 01099 Dresden).
How do I get to the venue?
Public transport: Elbschlösser stop (bus EV11) – it's less than 500 m on foot from the stop to the venue. We recommend travelling by public transport! Travelling by car: Bautzner Str. 130, 01099 Dresden.
Are food and drinks available?
Drinks are available to purchase at the bar on site.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please fill in Fever's contact form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have disabled access?

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts. The concert begins on time, and the audience must be seated beforehand. Late entry after the concert has started is not possible.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit with friends?
You will automatically be assigned the best possible seat within your chosen price zone. To sit with friends or family, you should all purchase your tickets in a single order. Once assigned, seats cannot be changed later or on site.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need any further help, just get in touch with us and include your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything out. Just show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that for the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Is there an interval?
No. The concert lasts 60 minutes and there is no interval planned.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned?
Seats are numbered: your seat number appears on your ticket.
