Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logging in with the same profile you used to purchase it. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket date or get a refund?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket for free. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use it.

How long does the experience last and when should I arrive?

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before it starts: the concert begins on time, and latecomers will not be admitted.

Does the event take place indoors or outdoors?

The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating based on the zone you purchased.

Will food or drinks be available?

Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available on site.

Is parking available on site?

The venue does not have its own parking. We recommend getting there by public transport or another sustainable option.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my companion too?

Guests who need assistance are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll provide a code to purchase their free ticket.

Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the venue has access for people with physical disabilities.

Can I take photos or record video during the show?

Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Can I use my phone during the show?

Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance.

What ticket types are available?

There are three zones: Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (average visibility).
