Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID for help.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available at the venue?
Perth Town Hall operates an onsite bar in the lower foyer, and guests are welcome to take drinks into the Hall (the bar closes during the performance). There are no snacks available at the venue.
Is there parking available?
The nearest City of Perth car parks are on Pier Street (between Murray and Wellington Streets), at Council House (27 St Georges Terrace), and at Perth Concert Hall (Terrace Road). See the City of Perth Parking website for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, we accept companion and carer cards at all Fever events — please contact us for a ticket.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. Use the entrance on Hay Street, where a ramp gives access to the lobby from Barrack Street; once inside, a lift opposite the stairs reaches the Town Hall, and wheelchair seating is available in all zones. The nearest disabled drop-off bay is 150 metres away, on the south side of Murray Street near the corner of Barrack Street; please contact us ahead of time if you need wheelchair assistance so we can notify onsite staff.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by car and public transport. A Red CAT bus stop and taxi rank are right beside the venue, Perth City train station and the bus station are three blocks away, and the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and Perth Esplanade Busport are five blocks away. See the Transperth website for more information.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated; if you arrive late, you won't be able to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of location or a postponement, we'll notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
It's an optional photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive one printed polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. It can also be bought at the venue, subject to availability (online purchases get priority, and onsite purchases are card only). You'll get a separate QR code by email to show the photographer; pictures are ready to collect at the exit, so make sure to collect yours before you leave, as none can be kept for you afterwards. Refunds are only given if the experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
