Imperial Castle of Nuremberg 1

Nuremberg Castle is a significant landmark of Nuremberg and was the center of European history and the representation quarter of the imperial head in the Middle Ages. The knight's hall looks just as it did during Emperor Friedrich III's visit in 1471. From the window wall, there is a beautiful view of Nuremberg.

FAQs Frequently asked questions

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need support during the concert can request a free ticket for their personal assistant or carer. To do this, contact us with proof that you need a carer's ticket. Once we have received this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to book a free carer's ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket at entry.
Where are the wheelchair spaces located?
There are two dedicated wheelchair spaces in Zone D for each concert.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the concert. If so, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place in the Rittersaal of the Kaiserburg Nürnberg (Auf der Burg 17, 90403 Nürnberg).
How do I get to the venue?
By underground or bus to the "Lorenzkirche" stop, or by tram to "Tiergärtnertor". Allow enough time for the climb up to the Kaiserburg. In winter, the path can be slippery, so we recommend weatherproof clothing and shoes. The Rittersaal is located in the Palas of the castle.
Is there food and drink available?
No food or drink is sold on site. Bringing your own food and drink is not permitted.
What entry rules apply?
The castle gates open 30 minutes before the concert starts. No entry is possible once the concert has begun. Enhanced security measures apply in the Rittersaal: bags, backpacks, coats, jackets and umbrellas must be handed in before entering the concert hall.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at this venue, including assistance dogs.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, there is accessible access. Please send a short email in advance to hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking available at the Kaiserburg. Please use the signposted car parks in the city centre.
Is there an interval?
No, the concert lasts 60 minutes and has no interval.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
