Really lovely staff helped us out with first aid (not Minecraft experience related) All the staff were friendly on way round. Really interactive fun.

Great fun. We had a wonderful time. The staff were excellent, especially the super friendly guy at the gate who was so welcoming when we arrived late due to problems with cancelled transport.
