Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. No entry will be permitted once the concert has begun.

Die Atmosphäre war sehr schön mit den künstlichen Kerzen ( ist kaum aufgefallen) und das Streicher Quartett sehr gut und mitreißend. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und gelungener Abend und Start in das Wochenende.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before attending the event via the Fever app or the website feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require care throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. After purchasing your ticket, please send us proof that you require care. Once this has been reviewed, you'll receive a voucher, subject to availability, which you can use to purchase the free companion ticket in the Fever app. Please show both your regular ticket and your carer's ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts, subject to availability. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in the terms and conditions.

The experience takes place at the Kurhaus Wiesbaden (Kurhausplatz 1, Wiesbaden, 65189).
How do I get to the venue?

Are food and drinks available?
No food is served in the concert hall. Drinks can be purchased at the bar. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Can I bring animals?
Only assistance animals are allowed at the venue. Pets are not permitted.

What is "Candlelight Foto"?
This package offers a special photo experience for guests who book it. You can have your photo taken in a specially set up area. As a keepsake, you'll receive one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy "Candlelight Fotos" at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue while stocks last. Guests who book the photo experience together with their concert tickets via the website will be given priority over guests who purchase on site. Only card payments are accepted on site; cash is not accepted.
When will my photo session take place?
Your photo session will take place before or after the concert. To ensure there's enough time for the photos, it will preferably be held after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You can choose your photos on site for printing. Our team will print the selected photos for you to take with you. Please make sure to collect your photos, as they won't be kept. If you leave the venue without your photos, neither a refund nor a new appointment for the photo experience will be possible.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site team will inform you about the area for the photo experience. There will also be announcements about this. If you have any further questions, you can speak to the team on site.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so it can be validated and your photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund?
A refund is only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our responsibility. In this case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
