About the Artists 
Residente, the stage name of René Pérez Joglar, is a Puerto Rican rapper, songwriter, and activist celebrated for his lyrical depth and social commitment. As the co-founder of Calle 13, he revolutionized urban music with his genre-blending style and powerful messages, winning numerous Grammy Awards. As a solo artist, Residente delves into his roots, tackling themes like identity, inequality, and resistance.
