Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Seats are assigned on arrival, on a first-come basis within the zone of the ticket you purchased.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please make sure to sign in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge through the Fever app. If you need further assistance, please contact us with your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start and close 5 minutes prior; late arrivals will not be permitted.
What ticket types are available?
The ticket page specifies the different zones available for purchase. Zone A offers the best view, while Zone D may only offer a partial view.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for guests aged 8 and over. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To preserve the experience for everyone, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Do I need to buy a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.

How do I get to the venue?
Water's Edge Event Centre is accessible by car, city bus or train. The venue is about a 7 minute walk from the VIA Rail train station.
Is there parking available?
Yes, Water's Edge Event Centre has a private parking lot.
Is food or drink available?
Water's Edge Event Centre has a cash bar on site where drinks are available for purchase.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue has disability access and seating. If you have any concerns about accessible seating, please contact us at hello@feverup.com.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
