Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logging in with the same method you used to purchase. You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to request the change.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only available if you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, offered for selected events. If you have one, you can request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is required.
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are available for Zone A, Zone B and Zone C. Student tickets are available in each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
No food or drinks are served at the venue.
Is parking available?
There is no organized parking at the venue.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
Guests must be 8 years or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my companion or support worker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free companion ticket. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us with supporting documentation, for example a Middle or Higher rate DLA, a PIP award letter, evidence of severe sight impairment, a CredAbility Access Card or a recognized Assistance Dog ID Card.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
This venue is not wheelchair accessible.
How do I get to the venue?
Helsingør Theater (Den Gamle By) is located at Viborgvej 2, 8000 Aarhus. The venue is reachable by public transport, car, bike or on foot. Both concerts have their entrance via Teaterporten, the old main entrance, which is different from the entrance previously used at Den Gamle By. After the performance, guests exit through the Green Gate.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
