FAQs Frequently asked questions
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue is divided into sections with different prices based on visibility and proximity to the stage. Our team will seat you on a first-come, first-served basis at Petit Palau, always within the zone you selected when purchasing your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course, it's totally possible to sit together. To do this, you need to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We recommend coming at least half an hour before the show to make it easier for the team to assign your seats.
Can tickets be bought at the Petit Palau box office?
No! Tickets are not sold directly at the door or the Petit Palau box office. If you want to attend, you'll have to buy your passes exclusively through Fever (on our official website or app).
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
To enjoy the experience stress-free, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the music starts. Remember, access is cut off 5 minutes before the beginning, and the doors won't open once the concert starts to keep the atmosphere intact.
Will there be food and drink service at Petit Palau?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Controlling the temperature in historic buildings is sometimes a challenge. Therefore, we recommend dressing according to the current season to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the event.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
We don't require any formal dress code. We suggest coming in casual, comfortable clothes; the main thing for us is that you feel good throughout the concert.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Coldplay vs. Imagine Dragons Tribute in Barcelona lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
To ensure you enjoy safely, all our candles are LED. They perfectly recreate the flicker and warmth of a real flame but without fire, heat, or any risk to your safety.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Don't forget to silence your phone to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere. Taking photos and videos without flash is only allowed in the concert's closing, when the musicians give the signal.
