Super Konzert!

Ich habe zum dritten Mal ein Candlelight Konzert besucht und bin ich bin nach wie vor begeistert. Die Kulisse der Johanniskirche trägt sicherlich ihren Beitrag aber die Künstler sind unglaublich. Es berührt mich jedesmal sobald der Erste Ton gespielt wird und es wiederholt sich immer wieder durch das 1-stündige Programm.

What different ticket types are available?

There are tickets for the Front Row as well as for Zone A, B, C and D.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website www.feverup.com before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you have purchased your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we receive them, we will provide you with a voucher to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you must show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

How do I get to the venue?

From the main train station it is about a 500 m walk to the City-Carré stop, then take the S-Bahn 4 (towards Cracau, Pechauer Platz) to Alter Markt, from where it is about a 400 m walk to Johanniskirche.

Is food and drink available?

No, there will be no drinks sold at the event.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.

Does the venue have accessible access?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair spaces are located in Zone C.
