Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
What different ticket types are available?
Ticket zones vary by visibility: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), and Zone C (good visibility). Seats are assigned on a first-come basis within the zone you purchased.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost — just click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
Indoor, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
Food and beverages will not be provided.
Is parking available?
There is limited lot and street parking available nearby.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, this venue is ADA accessible.
How long does the show last, and when should I arrive?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts, and once it begins no further entry is allowed — please arrive early to be assigned your seat.
Can I take pictures or videos, and should I keep my phone on?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must stay on silent mode for the rest of the performance.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and audience, you can't leave your seat except in an emergency.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. Arrive in good time and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Are the candles flammable?
No — for everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
