Description
In Asian tea culture, the seasonal divisions, or "jeolgi," are the best markers to experience the changing seasons according to the solar calendar. Our ancestors considered the first green tea picked during the spring rains, like Cheongmyeong or Gogu, to be the finest. Just as we enjoy seasonal foods, they also savored seasonal flowers as tea. Tea House Jeolgib follows this tradition by introducing teas that match the seasons. Experience the flavors of a specially blended tea with two types of traditional sweets. Then, make a reinterpretation of sweet bean-filled sweets (Anggeum Dasik) using seasonal ingredients. Afterward, take home the sweets you've made and enjoy them with a tea pairing at home.
