Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

This experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us with supporting documentation of your access needs.

There will be no food or beverage sold at the event, and outside food and beverage is not permitted in the venue — however, you may bring your own water bottle.

Paid parking is available at Walt Disney Concert Hall and Cal Plaza Parking (on Olive Street between 3rd and 4th), plus Colburn's Lot 3 (Athena Parking) on 2nd Street between Olive and Hill. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before doors open to allow time to park and walk to the venue.

There are ADA-compliant seats in the zones on the ground floor — please notify a staff member when you arrive if you need special seating accommodations. Balcony seating is not accessible by wheelchair.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Snapshot by Candlelight is a unique photo experience available to guests who purchase it, with a printed instant photo included per purchase. It's best to buy it online in advance, since on-site purchases (card only) are limited and lower priority; your photo is taken before the show and printed during the concert for pickup at the exit — please make sure to collect it before you leave, as pictures can't be kept or refunded afterward. You'll receive a separate QR code by email to show the photographer at the venue.

All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to that specific date and location, all Candle add-ons picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.

Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Yes, guests can leave the concert room during the performance to use the restroom. You'll be let back in during breaks between songs, to minimize disruption for the musicians and other guests.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand — if you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter the show.
