Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.

How do I get to the venue?
By car: parking is available at Secure Parking (22 Henderson St), the City of Fremantle Car Park (10A Fremantle Oval) and Wilson Parking (20 Cantonment Street), with additional options within walking distance. By bus: the closest stops are Queen St After Adelaide St (stop ID 11142), Queen St Before Adelaide St (stop ID 10443) and Market St Before High St (stop ID 10469). By train: Fremantle Station is the closest, about 450 m (a 6-minute walk) from the Town Hall. Please use Journey Planner to plan your public transport trip.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we encourage all guests to remain in their seats, except in the case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed to enter.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
What is the Candlelight Photo (“Snapshot by Candlelight”)?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed, polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes one instant picture.
Can I buy the photo at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue, provided they haven't sold out. Guests who buy the photo on the website together with their concert tickets have priority over those who buy on site. On-site purchases are by card only: no cash is accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo will be taken before or after the concert. Venue staff will explain the photo experience once you are inside, and announcements will remind attendees about it. Feel free to ask any of our staff members if you have questions.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?

How do I show that I have purchased the photo?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have it validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.

Refunds are not permitted unless the photo experience is cancelled for internal reasons, in which case you will receive a refund for the photo you purchased.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
