What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the whole experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is required), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received them, you'll get a voucher that lets you purchase your free carer's ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds aren't possible, except with the Flexible Refund Ticket. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return it and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note: if the ticket is transferred to another person, it's no longer refundable.
What documents do I need for the refund?
No documents are required to request your refund.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Auferstehungskirche München (Gollierstraße 55, 80339 München). Please note: the church can be cold during the winter months, so we recommend wearing warm clothing.
How do I get to the venue?
Nearest underground station: Schwanthalerhöhe. Nearest bus stop: Bergmannstraße. Nearest S-Bahn station: Heimeranplatz.
Is there food and drink available?
No, no food or drinks are sold.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the church is accessible.
Is there parking available?
No, there is no parking available at the venue.
What is "Candlelight Foto"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You can have your photo taken in a specially set-up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake with each purchase.
Can I buy "Candlelight Foto" at the venue?
Yes, photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience online together with their concert tickets will be given priority. On-site, we only accept card payments; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To make sure there's enough time for your photos, we prefer to take them after the concert.
When will I get my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site, our team will print them straight away and you can take them with you. Don't forget to collect your photos: we're not able to keep them, and if you leave without them, we can't offer a refund or a new appointment.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
As soon as you enter the venue, our staff will let you know where the photo experience takes place. Announcements will also remind guests throughout. If you have any further questions, just ask our staff on site.
How do I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket confirmation. Show it to the photographer on site to start your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
A refund is only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons that are our responsibility. In this case, your booking will be refunded.
How long does the concert last? Is there an interval?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start. No entry is possible once the concert has begun.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
