We both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A belated birthday gift from me to my husband. From the warm welcome at the street door to the friendly welcome having our tickets checked then being escorted to our front row seats we were very impressed. The venue was stunning and added to the experience. All 4 of the musicians are very talented and obviously enjoyed the concert as much as we did.

Fantastic, talented musicians with great song choices. Kept the crowd going, and only thing I wish that was different, was if we could sing away to the songs (I know it’s not possible as silence is imperative to hear the wonderful talent) great experience and can’t wait to book a again!

A historic venue designed by John Burnet, Merchants' House opened in 1874, This is the fourth home of the Merchants House, a charitable organisation since 1605. Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The venue is indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food served?
Yes, there will be a bar on site.
How do I get to the venue?
The Merchants House is in the heart of Glasgow, a short walk from both Queen Street and Glasgow Central railway stations, with convenient access to local bus services, nearby parking options and the M8 motorway for visitors travelling from across Scotland.
Does this venue have disability access?
The Merchants House is not fully accessible: the lift is narrow (4ft long, 23in wide) and can only accommodate some mobility scooters, up to 300kg in weight. Please contact us directly if you need personalised assistance.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket; we'll send you a voucher code to purchase the free carer ticket. Each carer ticket must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket, and you'll need to show your proof document together with your tickets to enter the venue.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and if you arrive late, you won't be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of location or a postponement, we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you come together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and our team will do their best to accommodate you.
