Candlelight: Tribute to Taylor Swift

It lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (no documentation needed). You'll get a refund of the full ticket price minus a 10% fee, or a voucher of the same value to use for the same experience on a different date/time. Note it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before the start; late arrivals will not be permitted.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Zone A (premium seating), Zone B (sides of the stage) and Zone C (furthest from the stage, with good visibility).

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The accessible entrance is on SW Clay, to the right of the main entrance. There is designated seating for patrons with mobility devices, other assistance requirements, and their companions; note that seating consists primarily of church-style pews and some high-back chairs without arm supports. We recommend contacting customer support for further details before your visit.

Yes: guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker, once they hold a valid ticket. Please contact us for more information.

The venue is accessible by light rail (LRT). Curbside drop-off zones are located on SW 11th (flat access) and on SW Clay (short incline).

Yes, snacks and beverages will be available for purchase before the event.

Paid parking is available on SW 10th and SW Columbia St.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable; all sales are final.
